Identify severity

Identify severity of the current storm with the following status:

Normal - There are currently no dangerous threats to or nearby QQ Care Centre.

MODERATE - There are threats to or nearby QQ Care Centre but there are possibilities that it should be under control.

ACTIVE - There are threats that affects most part of QQ Care Centre or/and the members of QQ.

DANGEROUS - This is the highest level of threat and further actions must be taken.

How can we identify the severity of the current storm situation?

We use experts and technologies in order to give the current status, as what we should act and what we shouldn't act.

We give a point rating of the severity by answering the questions below. The more points we get, the more severe it gets.

• Are there any rain nearby QQ Care Centre? (0 - none; 1 - normal; 2 - heavy)

• Are there any thunderstorms nearby QQ Care Centre? (0 - none; 1 - normal; 2 - loud)

• Are there any floods outside of QQ? (0 - none, 1 - normal flow, 2 - severe flow, 3 - puddles)

• Are there any floods inside of QQ? (0 - none, 5 - yes, 10 - reached more than one feet)

If there are 0 - 3 points, the severity is normal; 4 - 5 is moderate; 6 - 7 is active; 8 - 17 is dangerous. We will not be updating the current point counts as we may change depending on the situation too.
